Dear participants of Tongue Time 2026,
We are delighted that you have chosen St. Gallen – a city that perfectly combines tradition and innovation. Located between the majestic Säntis mountain and the idyllic Lake Constance, St. Gallen offers not only first-class infrastructure but also a unique blend of over 1400 years of history, creative urbanity, economic innovation, and pristine nature.
It is the ideal place to foster interdisciplinary exchange and inspire new ideas. A warm welcome to you all!
Welcome Address by Minister of Health for the Canton of St. Gallen Dr. med. Bruno Damann
Welcome to the first international Tongue-Tie Congress in Switzerland – “Tongue Time 2026”! More than 1,000 professionals from medicine, therapy, and counseling are gathering here in St. Gallen to discuss a topic that is often underestimated: the tongue-tie. Restricted or limited tongue mobility can have far-reaching effects – on breastfeeding, breathing, speech, sleep, and even posture.
With 40 top-tier speakers, we are creating an interdisciplinary platform for exchange, knowledge, and progress.Thank you for being part of this forward-looking movement!
